Commercial Capital LLC began operations in 2001 as a small factoring company in the Northeast. The company focused exclusively on the small business market, which was largely underserved.

Through the years, the company's services matured to provide a wide range of trade financing services to small and midsize companies.

In 2007 the company began expanding internationally. It started by offering trade finance services to companies in Canada. Seven years later, the company expanded to the Australian market.

Throughout the years, our focus has remained the same. We help small business owners get the financing they need. As a result, the next step in our corporate evolution was to bring our small-business expertise to the business acquisition market. The company has financed small acquisitions for over a decade.

Key milestones include:

  • 2001: Founded as a small factoring company (visit company)

Marco Terry is the Managing Director of Commercial Capital LLC. You can connect with him through LinkedIn.

Marco began his finance career in 2001 when he founded his first company, a small-ticket factor in the New England region. This firm eventually became Commercial Capital LLC. The company provides trade finance services in the USA, Canada, and Australia.

During his years in trade finance, Marco noticed that the small business acquisition market was underserved. Consequently, he expanded Commercial Capital LLC in 2015 to service this market.

Before starting his career in finance, Marco held several management positions in technology and marketing in the telecommunications industry for eight years. He earned a Master's Degree in Finance with a concentration in banking.
