Marco began his finance career in 2001 when he founded a factoring company in New England. That firm later evolved into Commercial Capital LLC, which today provides trade finance services in the USA, Canada, and Australia.
In 2015, Marco expanded Commercial Capital LLC to address the underserved small business acquisition market. He launched a dedicated mergers and acquisitions financing group, Commercial Capital M&A, to support buyers and sponsors pursuing lower and middle market transactions.
Before entering finance, Marco spent eight years in management roles in technology and marketing within the telecommunications industry. He holds a Master’s Degree in Finance with a concentration in banking and regularly contributes articles to the Learning Center.
